Refund Policy

If you cancel within 30 days of your purchase and before we've submitted your LLC filing to the state or started building your setup, we'll refund 100% of our service fees. No cancellation fee, no hoops.

This is the cleanest window to change your mind, and we make it genuinely full because, at that point, we haven't spent anything on your behalf yet.

Once we've submitted your filing to the state or begun your custom work, we refund our service fees minus anything we've already spent to deliver your order. That includes:

• The state filing fee — this goes directly to the State of Florida, not to us, and the state does not refund it.
• Third-party costs we've already paid for you — for example, your domain, business phone setup, or print production.
• Completed work we've already delivered — for example, a finished website, logo, or brand materials. These are built specifically for you and can't be reused for anyone else, so they're non-refundable once delivered.

In plain terms: you get back what we haven't already put to work on your behalf.

Government fees — including the $125 Florida formation fee and any other state charge — are never refundable. We pass them through at cost, and once they're submitted, they belong to the state.

If we make a mistake on your filing that's our fault, we'll fix it and resubmit at no extra charge. That part's on us.
