Refund Policy

The $125 Florida state fee (and any other government fee) is paid directly to the government and cannot be refunded once your filing is submitted — that's the state's policy, not ours. We pass these fees through at cost.

If you cancel your order before we've submitted your formation documents to the state, you're entitled to a full refund of your launch deposit, minus any government fees already paid on your behalf and any add-on work already completed.

Once your documents are with the state, the launch deposit covers work already performed and is non-refundable. If the state rejects a filing for a reason within our control, we'll correct and resubmit it at no extra charge.

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; we don't refund the current billing period that's already begun. Annual plans paid in full may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused full months, minus any discount already applied and any add-on work delivered — contact us and we'll work it out.

One-time items like branding, websites, and print are non-refundable once work has begun, because they're built specifically for you. If we haven't started, you can cancel that item for a full refund.

Email support@myfloridallc.com with your account email and what you'd like refunded. We'll respond within two business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
