Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information MyFloridaLLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.
Information you give us
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect things like your name, email, phone number, business details, and the information needed to prepare your filings. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor — we receive confirmation and limited details, but we don't store your full card number.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data — your device and browser type, pages you visit, and how you use the site — through cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
How we use your information
We use it to: prepare and submit your filings; provide and maintain your account, website, and tools; process payments and prevent fraud; respond to support requests; send service messages and reminders (like your annual-report deadline); improve the Services; and, where permitted, send marketing you can opt out of at any time.
How we share it
We share information only as needed to run the Services, including with: government agencies, to file the documents you ask us to file (this is necessary and unavoidable for formation); payment processors and financing providers; and service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and communications tools), under confidentiality obligations. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Filings become public
Information submitted to the Florida Division of Corporations to form your business may become part of the public record. We'll tell you which information is part of a public filing.
Data retention
We keep your information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review and update your account information, opt out of marketing emails, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@myfloridallc.com. We'll honor requests as required by applicable law. Some information must be retained to meet legal and filing obligations.
Children
The Services are for adults running or starting businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other sites we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own — please review their policies.
Changes
We may update this Policy and will post the new version with an updated date.
