MyFloridaLLC started from a pattern we kept seeing. Someone has a real idea — a trade, a service, a shop. They pay a website to file their LLC, they get the approval, and then… that's it. They're a legally registered business with no website, no phone system, no way to capture a lead or follow up with a customer. The hard part wasn't the paperwork. The hard part was everything after the paperwork, and nobody was helping with that part.

So we built the part nobody was helping with.

We're a Florida company, built for Florida businesses. We file your LLC the right way — through the state's own Sunbiz system, with your registered agent properly designated — and then we set up the machine that actually runs the business: your customer database, your website, your follow-up, your phone tracking, all in one place. Filing is the front door. We care about what's on the other side of it.

We're not a law firm and we won't pretend to be one. We don't bury you in upsells or charge you for the privilege of canceling. We show you two honest numbers, we pass the state's fee through at cost, and we stay reachable after the sale — which, frankly, shouldn't be a selling point, but here we are.
